The big question we’re asking is: What is your experience growing up in a neurodiverse family?
You can answer this in any way you like. Feeling immediately inspired? You can get started straight away!
If you’re feeling stuck, use this guide to find a spark. Remember: we aren't looking for "perfect" art—we are looking for your perspective.

You don’t have to answer all of these. Just pick one that resonates with you. Or come up with your own idea!

Your Journey: What has been important to you as you’ve grown up? What do you wish you had known when you were younger?

Navigating the World: What is it like to move through the world? What are the obstacles, and what has helped you (a person, a hobby, a piece of advice)? Do you experience things differently from other people?

Family Life: What is your family like? Are you all similar or very different? As a parent or sibling, how do you see your child or sibling’s journey?

Highs & Lows: What are you most proud of? What has been tricky or challenging? What affects your mental health right now?

A Message: What do you wish people knew about neurodiversity, autism, or ADHD?

Pick your materials
Use whatever feels natural. If you already have something—a photo, a social media post, or a song—you can submit that too!

You can also provide us with a description of your work. Maybe you want to tell us bit more about why a photo is important, what a music piece or art represents,. This can be long or short, up to you. Or you may want create a description to go alongside your adolescent's art.
